The Distribution Center Manager (DCM) directs warehouse activities that support inventory, food sourcing and procurement, member services and all other Foodlink programs as needed. The DCM must work collaboratively with managers and employees across all Foodlink departments in order to properly support their distribution needs. The DCM coordinates all day-to-day distribution operations to ensure accurate shipping and receiving, order picking, and all other distribution needs. The DCM is responsible for direct supervision, management and development of warehouse staff as well as the daily oversight of community service volunteers.
