Overview

We offer two flexible event spaces to meet a variety of needs: a spacious Main Room featuring a demonstration kitchen, and a more intimate Conference Room ideal for smaller meetings.

You also have the option to expand your event by adding our Pavilion—providing additional space and a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor experiences.

Both indoor rooms include high-speed Wi-Fi and essential A/V equipment to support a range of event formats. We also offer fair and flexible pricing to accommodate different event types and budgets—contact us below for a custom quote and tailored options.

These arrangements not only add a vibrant touch to your tables, but also showcase the beauty and impact of locally grown flowers. Sourced directly from the farm, each centerpiece tells a story of community and sustainability while connecting your guests to the land and the mission behind it. 

Cut Your Own Flower Arrangement

Set within a beautiful urban agriculture space designed to connect people with the land and their community, this interactive activity invites participants to wander through the garden, select their favorite blooms, and create a bouquet of their own. It’s a relaxing, memorable experience that encourages visitors to slow down, engage with nature, and leave with something beautiful to enjoy at home.

Nutrition Education Demonstration

Enhance your event experience by adding an engaging nutrition education demonstration that guests won’t just enjoy—they’ll remember. Bringing healthy eating to life with live cooking, fresh ingredient highlights, and practical tips participants can use at home.

Invite guests to roll up their sleeves and cook alongside a nutrition educator. This interactive experience goes beyond watching—participants actively prepare simple, healthy recipes, learn practical kitchen skills, and build confidence they can take home and use right away.

Foodlink's Curbside Market

Add a Curbside Market truck to your event to give guests the opportunity to shop fresh, affordable produce right on-site. This mobile market experience brings a variety of fruits, vegetables, and staple grocery items directly to you, making it easy and convenient to take healthy ingredients home.

FAQ

  • Reservations must be made in advance and accompanied by a signed rental agreement. 
  • Payment is required prior to the event date to secure the booking.  
  • Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the event for a full refund.  
  • Renters are responsible for setting up any decorations or supplies needed. We do not allow the use of anything adhering to the walls (tape, glue dots, tacks, nails, etc.), confetti, helium balloons or smoke machines.  
  • All decorations and supplies must be removed at the end of the rental period. 
  • The event space must be returned to its original condition. Cleaning fees may apply if the space is left untidy. 
  • Currently we are not offering catering for private events. If interested, we can provide you with a list of preferred caterers. 
  • The kitchen is not to be used by anyone other than Foodlink staff or an authorized caterer that has been approved prior.  
  • No outside alcohol is permitted unless authorized in writing. 
  • If you wish to have bar service at your event, we work with a prefered vendor who will provide the appropriate permitting. 
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the building. 
  • Pets are not allowed unless they are a service animal. 
  • Guests are not permitted to touch or remove anything from the garden beds within the farm.  
  • All food and beverage must stay in the building or pavilion area.  
  • Illegal substances and weapons are strictly prohibited.
