Description: In an effort to provide healthy meals to Rochester students, Foodlink will be collaborating with RCSD and preparing thousands of additional meals each week for elementary and high-school students who attend in-person classes.
Date & Time: Wednesdays 8am-12pm or 12pm-3:30pm.
Requirements: Volunteers must be 18 years or older. Duties include laying out meal trays, preparing cold meals, sealing trays, packing coolers, and cleaning.
Physical Intensity: The physical intensity of this project is considered high and will involve walking, standing, twisting, bending, lifting( items up to 50lbs) continuously throughout the shift. Tasks are often repetitive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
